The Order Process

What the paypal store looks like on the Prices page

Step 1

Once you have decided on which item(s) you would like, please order and pay for your item(s) using the Paypal store on the Prices page.

If your item(s) do not appear on the price list please Contact Us for a custom quote.

Step 2

Once payment has been made, please contact us via email (alternatively, we will contact you within 48hrs) to provide a short design brief for each item you have ordered. This will help our designers understand exactly how you want the design to look and what information you would like included. 

A good design brief should include the following:
 A brief description of your business/club/charity etc and what it does. (please include a website URL if possible).Your company colour scheme or the colour scheme you would like for the design i.e. dark blue & light grey (feel free to include a colour sample or RGB/CMYK/HTML etc)The specifications of your design size (i.e A4/A5) and the file formats you wish to receive the finished artwork in (i.e jpg, png, pdf, eps).Any text or copy you would like included in the design.Any images or logos you would like included in the design.Any contact details for your business/club/charity you would like included in the design.

We will give you an estimated timescale and then start working on your first drafts.

Step 3

Your first drafts will arrive via email as a .jpg preview. At this point we will ask you for your thoughts about the design and what changes or improvements you would like. You can have UNLIMITED amendments until you are completely happy with the design.

Once the final design has been completed, the high-resolution artwork will be sent to you via email (or on a CD/DVD, subject to an additional charge). If printing is needed we can also organise this for you.
